Processing Time:
All original artworks and prints are carefully packaged and shipped within 3–5 business days after payment is received.
Holidays may need more time.
Shipping Rates:

Original Artwork: Free shipping.

Print on Demand: Shipping rate varies by size and weight of the work.

International shipping available upon request.
Packaging:
I personally package each piece to ensure it arrives safely and beautifully. Originals are shipped flat or in a sturdy box, and prints are sent rolled or flat depending on size.
Tracking:
You will receive a tracking number once your order ships. If you have questions or need an update, feel free to contact me.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Original Artworks:
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Artwork must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. A refund (minus shipping) will be issued upon receipt.
Prints:
All print sales are final. However, if your print arrives damaged, please reach out with photos and I’ll gladly work with you on a replacement.
Custom Commissions:
Due to their personalized nature, commissions are non-refundable. I work closely with collectors throughout the process to ensure satisfaction.
